• Applications may be submitted in any of the listed categories; organisations may enter as many categories as appropriate
  
• To be eligible to enter The Lawyer Workplace & Diversity Awards 2012, a scheme must have been implemented prior to 30th September 2011.
  
• Each entry must be in the form of a written submission of no more than 1000 words. The judges are looking for concise written submissions and your entry should cover as many of the listed criteria as possible.  All entries must be uploaded to www.thelawyer.com/hrawards2012 by no later than Friday 28th October 2011.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill in your contact details and information about your charity donation and click PROCEED
2. After clicking 'PROCEED', select the category that you wish to enter and provide the required details. Upload your completed 1000 word submission
3. Click 'PROCEED' and either add another entry if required or submit your entries and continue
4. Ensure you submit all entries before proceeding to the confirmation stage

Please note: In the event that your entry is short listed, all entry form details e.g. Entry title/Name of deal as completed in the online entry process will be used on Awards collateral (e.g. Website, Awards graphics, Book of the Night, and in the event that your entry wins, on the trophy).

Copy will adhere to the magazine’s house style e.g. Ltds, PLCs, LLP’s etc will be removed

CHARITY DONATION

There is no fee to enter The Lawyer Workplace & Diversity Awards 2012. However, each entry must be accompanied by a cheque made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support. (For multiple entries from firms, it is permissible to send 1 cheque for all entries.)
